Established in 1992, Hochschule Merseburg (Merseburg University of Applied Sciences) is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the suburban setting of the large town of Merseburg (population range of 10,000-49,999 inhabitants), Saxony-Anhalt. Officially recognized by the Kultusministerium des Landes Sachsen-Anhalt (Ministry of Education and Cultural Affairs of the Land of Sachsen-Anhalt), Hochschule Merseburg (HoMe) is a small coeducational German higher education institution. Hochschule Merseburg (HoMe) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees, master degrees in several areas of study.
