Established in 1986, Hogeschool de Kempel (De Kempel University of Applied Sciences) is a private higher-education institution located in the small city of Helmond (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), North Brabant. Officially recognized by the Nederlands-Vlaamse Accreditatieorganisatie (Accreditation Organisation of the Netherlands and Flanders), Hogeschool de Kempel is a coeducational Dutch higher education institution.
