Founded in 1997, Hong Duc University is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the small city of Thanh Hóa (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), North Central Coast. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam, Hong Duc University (HDU) is a large coeducational Vietnamese higher education institution. Hong Duc University (HDU) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees in several areas of study. HDU also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, study abroad and exchange programs, as well as administrative services.
