Established in 1978, Hoseo University is a private higher-education institution located in the suburban setting of the small city of Asan (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), South Chungcheong. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education of Korea, Hoseo University is a very large coeducational South Korean higher education institution. Hoseo University offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees, master degrees in several areas of study. Hoseo University also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, housing, financial aids and/or scholarships, as well as administrative services.
