Established in 2006, Hrvatsko katolicko sveucilite (Catholic University of Croatia) is a non-profit private higher-education institution located in the urban setting of the large city of Zagreb (population range of 500,000-1,000,000 inhabitants). Officially recognized by the Agencija za znanost i visoko obrazovanje (Agency for Science and Higher Education), Hrvatsko katolicko sveucilite is a very small coeducational Croatian higher education institution formally affiliated with the Christian-Catholic religion.
