Founded in 2008, Igdir Üniversitesi (Igdir University) is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the small city of Igdir (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants). Officially recognized by the YÖK - Yüksekögretim Kurulu (YÖK - Council of Higher Education), Igdir Üniversitesi is a small coeducational Turkish higher education institution.
