Founded in 1999, IIC University of Technology is a for-profit private higher-education institution located in the urban setting of the metropolis of Phnom Penh (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants). Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of Cambodia, IIC University of Technology (IIC) is a very small coeducational Cambodian higher education institution.
