Founded in 1993, Institución Universitaria de Envigado (University Institute of Envigado) is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the suburban setting of the small city of Envigado (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Antioquia. This institution also has branch campuses in the following locations: Envigado, Sabaneta, Estrella, Caldas. Officially recognized by the Ministerio de Educación Nacional, Colombia (Ministry of National Education of Colombia), Institución Universitaria de Envigado (IUE) is a small coeducational Colombian higher education institution. Institución Universitaria de Envigado (IUE) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as pre-bachelor degrees (i.e. certificates, diplomas, associate or foundation), bachelor degrees in several areas of study. This 29 years old Colombian higher-education institution has a selective admission policy based on entrance examinations. International students are welcome to apply for enrollment.
