Founded in 2003, Institut d'Enséignement Supérieur de Ruhengeri (Ruhengeri Institute of Higher Education) is a private higher-education institution located in the urban setting of the small city of Musanze (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Northern Province.
