Established in 1992, Institut des Sciences et Techniques de la Communication (Institute of Sciences and Communication Techniques) is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the metropolis of Abidjan (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants). Officially recognized by the Ministère de la Communication, Côte d'Ivoire (Ministry of Communication of the Ivory Coast), Institut des Sciences et Techniques de la Communication (ISTC) is a coeducational Ivorian higher education institution. Institut des Sciences et Techniques de la Communication (ISTC) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees in several areas of study. ISTC also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
