Established in 1993, Institut National des Sciences Appliquées Centre Val de Loire (National Institute of Applied Sciences Centre Val de Loire) is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the large town of Blois (population range of 10,000-49,999 inhabitants), Centre-Val de Loire.
