Established in 1996, Institut National Polytechnique Félix Houphouët-Boigny (Félix Houphouët-Boigny National Polytechnic Institute) is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the urban setting of the medium city of Yamoussoukro (population range of 250,000-499,999 inhabitants).
