Established in 1971, Institut National Supérieur des Arts et de l'Action Culturelle (National Higher Institute of Arts and Cultural Action) is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the metropolis of Abidjan (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants). Officially recognized by the Ministère de la Culture et de la Francophonie, Côte d'Ivoire (Ministry of Culture and Francophonie of the Ivory Coast), Institut National Supérieur des Arts et de l'Action Culturelle (INSAAC) is a coeducational Ivorian higher education institution. Institut National Supérieur des Arts et de l'Action Culturelle (INSAAC) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees in several areas of study. INSAAC also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
