Founded in 1960, Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology) is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the urban setting of the metropolis of Surabaya (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants), East Java. Officially recognized by the Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi, Republik Indonesia (Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, Republic of Indonesia), Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) is a large coeducational Indonesian higher education institution.
