Established in 1999, Institute of Education, Culture and Law is a private higher-education institution located in the metropolis of Ulaanbaatar (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants). Officially recognized by the Mongolian National Council for Education Accreditation, Institute of Education, Culture and Law is a coeducational Mongolian higher education institution. Institute of Education, Culture and Law offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as pre-bachelor degrees (i.e. certificates, diplomas, associate or foundation), bachelor degrees, master degrees in several areas of study.
