Institute of Legal Practice and Development is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the medium city of Nyanza (population range of 250,000-499,999 inhabitants), Southern Province. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education of Rwanda, Institute of Legal Practice and Development (ILPD) is a coeducational Rwandan higher education institution. Institute of Legal Practice and Development (ILPD) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees in several areas of study. ILPD also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
