Founded in 1951, Instituto Tecnológico de Saltillo (Technological Institute of Saltillo) is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the urban setting of the large city of Saltillo (population range of 500,000-1,000,000 inhabitants), Coahuila. Officially recognized by the Secretaría de Educación Pública, Mexico (Secretariat of Public Education of Mexico), Instituto Tecnológico de Saltillo (ITS) is a small coeducational Mexican higher education institution.
