Founded in 1974, Instituto Tecnológico de Toluca (Technological Institute of Toluca) is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the small city of Metepec (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Estado de Mexico. Officially recognized by the Secretaría de Educación Pública, Mexico (Secretariat of Public Education of Mexico), Instituto Tecnológico de Toluca (ITTo) is a coeducational Mexican higher education institution.
