Founded in 1975, Instituto Tecnológico de Tuxtepec (Tuxtepec Institute of Technology) is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the small city of San Juan Bautista Tuxtepec (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Oaxaca. Officially recognized by the Secretaría de Educación Pública, Mexico (Secretariat of Public Education of Mexico), Instituto Tecnológico de Tuxtepec (IT Tuxtepec) is a coeducational Mexican higher education institution.
