Established in 1954, Instituto Tecnológico de Ciudad Madero (Technological Institute of Ciudad Madero) is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the small city of Ciudad Madero (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Tamaulipas. Officially recognized by the Secretaría de Educación Pública, Mexico (Secretariat of Public Education of Mexico), Instituto Tecnológico de Ciudad Madero (ITCM) is a coeducational Mexican higher education institution.
