Founded in 2006, International Balkan University is a private higher-education institution located in the large city of Skopje (population range of 500,000-1,000,000 inhabitants). Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education and Science of North Macedonia, International Balkan University (IBU) is a coeducational North Macedonian higher education institution. International Balkan University (IBU) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees in several areas of study. IBU also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
