Established in 1993, Iran University of Industries and Mines is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the large metropolis of Tehran (population range of over 5,000,000 inhabitants). Officially recognized by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology of Iran, Iran University of Industries and Mines is a coeducational Iranian higher education institution. Iran University of Industries and Mines offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees in several areas of study. Iran University of Industries and Mines also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
