Founded in 1996, Islamic University of Lebanon is a private higher-education institution located in Khalde, Mount Lebanon. This institution also has branch campuses in the following locations: Tyre, Baalbak. Officially recognized by the Ministère de l'Education et de l'Enseignement supérieur, Liban (Ministry of Education and Higher Education of Lebanon), Islamic University of Lebanon (IUL) is a coeducational Lebanese higher education institution formally affiliated with the Islamic religion. Islamic University of Lebanon (IUL) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees in several areas of study. IUL also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
