Established in 1952, Jeju National University is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the suburban setting of the medium city of Jeju (population range of 250,000-499,999 inhabitants). Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education of Korea, Jeju National University is a large coeducational South Korean higher education institution. Jeju National University offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees, master degrees, doctorate degrees in several areas of study.
