Established in 1958, Kamchatka State University is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the small city of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Kamchatka Krai. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, Kamchatka State University is a very small coeducational Russian higher education institution.
