Founded in 1997, Kansai University of Welfare Sciences is a private higher-education institution located in the small city of Kashiwara (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Osaka. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of Japan, Kansai University of Welfare Sciences is a coeducational Japanese higher education institution.
