Founded in 1980, Katholische Universität Eichstätt-Ingolstadt (Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt) is a non-profit private higher-education institution located in the large town of Eichstätt (population range of 10,000-49,999 inhabitants), Bavaria. This institution also has a branch campus in Ingolstadt. Officially recognized by the Bayerisches Staatsministerium für Wissenschaft und Kunst (Bavarian State Ministry for Science and Art), Katholische Universität Eichstätt-Ingolstadt (KU) is a small coeducational German higher education institution formally affiliated with the Christian-Catholic religion. Katholische Universität Eichstätt-Ingolstadt (KU) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees, master degrees, doctorate degrees in several areas of study. International students are welcome to apply for enrollment.
