Established in 1969, Kemerovo State University of Culture and the Arts is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the large city of Kemerovo (population range of 500,000-1,000,000 inhabitants), Kemerovo Oblast. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, Kemerovo State University of Culture and the Arts is a very small coeducational Russian higher education institution. Kemerovo State University of Culture and the Arts offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees in several areas of study.
