Founded in 2010, Khana-e-Noor University is a for-profit private higher-education institution located in the metropolis of Kabul (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants). Officially recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education of Afghanistan, Khana-e-Noor University (KNU) is a coeducational Afghan higher education institution. Khana-e-Noor University (KNU) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees in several areas of study. KNU also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
