Kharkiv Regional Institute of Public Administration is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the metropolis of Kharkiv (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants), Kharkiv Oblast. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Kharkiv Regional Institute of Public Administration is a coeducational Ukrainian higher education institution.
