Founded in 1917, Kherson State University is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the medium city of Kherson (population range of 250,000-499,999 inhabitants), Kherson Oblast. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Kherson State University (KSU) is a medium-sized coeducational Ukrainian higher education institution. Kherson State University (KSU) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees in several areas of study. International students are welcome to apply for enrollment. KSU also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, sports facilities, study abroad and exchange programs, online courses and distance learning opportunities, as well as administrative services.
