Founded in 2001, Kohat University of Science and Technology is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the suburban setting of the small city of Kohat (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Officially recognized by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan, Kohat University of Science and Technology (KUST) is a small coeducational Pakistani higher education institution. Kohat University of Science and Technology (KUST) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees, master degrees, doctorate degrees in several areas of study. This 21 years old Pakistani higher-education institution has a selective admission policy based on entrance examinations and students' past academic record and grades. International students are welcome to apply for enrollment. KUST also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, housing, sports facilities, financial aids and/or scholarships, study abroad and exchange programs, as well as administrative services.
