Established in 1962, Kokshetau State University is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the small city of Kokshetau (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Akmola Region. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kokshetau State University is a medium-sized coeducational Kazakhstani higher education institution. Kokshetau State University offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees in several areas of study.
