Established in 1879, Kwassui Women's College is a private higher-education institution located in the urban setting of the medium city of Nagasaki (population range of 250,000-499,999 inhabitants). Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of Japan, Kwassui Women's College is a small women only Japanese higher education institution formally affiliated with the Christian-Protestant religion. Kwassui Women's College offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees in several areas of study. International applicants are eligible to apply for enrollment. Kwassui Women's College also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, housing, sports facilities, financial aids and/or scholarships, study abroad and exchange programs, as well as administrative services.
