Founded in 1994, Kyrgyz-Uzbek International University is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the small city of Osh (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants). Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education and Science of Kyrgyzstan, Kyrgyz-Uzbek International University (KUU) is a medium-sized coeducational Kyrgyzstani higher education institution. Kyrgyz-Uzbek International University (KUU) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees in several areas of study. International students are welcome to apply for enrollment. KUU also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, housing, sports facilities, as well as administrative services.
