Founded in 1996, Kyungdong University is a private higher-education institution located in the small city of Goseong-gun (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Gangwon. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education of Korea, Kyungdong University is a coeducational South Korean higher education institution. Kyungdong University offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees in several areas of study. Kyungdong University also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, housing, financial aids and/or scholarships, as well as administrative services.
