Founded in 1997, Kyungwoon University is a private higher-education institution located in the medium city of Gumi (population range of 250,000-499,999 inhabitants), North Gyeongsang. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education of Korea, Kyungwoon University is a coeducational South Korean higher education institution. Kyungwoon University offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees in several areas of study. Kyungwoon University also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, housing, financial aids and/or scholarships, as well as administrative services.
