Established in 1966, Lan Yang Institute of Technology is a private higher-education institution located in the large town of Toucheng (population range of 10,000-49,999 inhabitants), Yilan County. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education of Taiwan, Lan Yang Institute of Technology (FIT) is a coeducational Taiwanese higher education institution.
