Luhansk State Academy of Culture and Arts is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the metropolis of Kyiv (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants), Kiev Oblast. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine, Luhansk State Academy of Culture and Arts is a coeducational Ukrainian higher education institution.
