Founded in 1921, Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the large town of Starobilsk (population range of 10,000-49,999 inhabitants), Luhansk Oblast. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University (LTSNU) is a very large coeducational Ukrainian higher education institution. Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University (LTSNU) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees in several areas of study. LTSNU also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
