Founded in 2001, Malta College of Arts, Science and Technology is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the medium town of Paola (population range of 2,500-9,999 inhabitants). Malta College of Arts, Science and Technology (MCAST) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees in several areas of study.
