Established in 1991, Mandalay Technological University is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the medium city of Patheingyi (population range of 250,000-499,999 inhabitants), Mandalay. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education (Science and Technology) of Myanmar, Mandalay Technological University (MTU) is a small coeducational Burmese higher education institution. Mandalay Technological University (MTU) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees in several areas of study. MTU also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
