Established in 1925, Mandalay University is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the medium city of Maha Aungmye (population range of 250,000-499,999 inhabitants), Mandalay. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education (Science and Technology) of Myanmar, Mandalay University is a coeducational Burmese higher education institution. Mandalay University offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees in several areas of study. Mandalay University also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
