Established in 1994, Meio University is a private higher-education institution located in the small city of Nago (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Okinawa. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of Japan, Meio University is a small coeducational Japanese higher education institution. Meio University offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees in several areas of study.
