Founded in 2000, Milton Friedman Egyetem (Milton Friedman University) is a non-profit private higher-education institution located in the urban setting of the metropolis of Budapest (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants). Officially recognized by the Magyar Felsooktatási Akkreditációs Bizottság (Hungarian Accreditation Committee), Milton Friedman Egyetem (MILTON) is a small coeducational Hungarian higher education institution. Milton Friedman Egyetem (MILTON) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees, master degrees in several areas of study. This 22 years old Hungarian higher-education institution has a selective admission policy based on entrance examinations and students' past academic record and grades.
