Founded in 1963, Misamis Oriental State College of Agriculture and Technology is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the large city of Claveria (population range of 500,000-1,000,000 inhabitants), Northern Mindanao. Officially recognized by the Commission on Higher Education of the Philippines, Misamis Oriental State College of Agriculture and Technology (MOSCAT) is a coeducational Philippine higher education institution.
