Founded in 2000, Mohi-ud-Din Islamic University is a private higher-education institution located in the large town of Trarkhal (population range of 10,000-49,999 inhabitants), Azad Kashmir. Officially recognized by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan, Mohi-ud-Din Islamic University (MIU) is a very small coeducational Pakistani higher education institution formally affiliated with the Islamic religion.
