Founded in 1975, Morehouse School of Medicine is a non-profit private specialized higher-education institution located in the urban setting of the medium city of Atlanta (population range of 250,000-499,999 inhabitants), Georgia. Officially accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges, Morehouse School of Medicine (MSM) is a very small coeducational US higher education institution.
