Established in 2008, Mulungushi University is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the small city of Kabwe (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Central Province. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education of Zambia, Mulungushi University (MU) is a coeducational Zambian higher education institution. Mulungushi University (MU) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees in several areas of study. This 14 years old Zambian higher-education institution has a selective admission policy based on students' past academic record and grades. MU also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, online courses and distance learning opportunities, as well as administrative services.
