Founded in 2011, Murang'a University of Technology is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the large town of Murang'a (population range of 10,000-49,999 inhabitants), Muranga. Officially recognized by the Commission for University Education of Kenya, Murang'a University of Technology (MUT) is a small coeducational Kenyan higher education institution. Murang'a University of Technology (MUT) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees in several areas of study. MUT also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
